JAG's 50th birthday

Here is the birthday boy, with his son... doing what you do on your 50th birthday? Not a wild party... John got a new septic for his birthday... how CAN you top that?

NEW SEPTIC

This was a massive undertaking. Outfall to the ocean ... several hundred feet of pipe @ low tide in May w/ Marine biologist watching out for the eel grass. 1200 gallon concrete tank, placed gingerly on the beach side of the house. My new backyard/start of my deck. 2 GIANT excavators in the yard for 14hrs.. working non-stop. A couple dumpload trucks of dirt and it sorta.. looks like nothing happened? You could feel the house vibrating w/ all the digging, burying and moving... all the neighbors out watching the chaos.. kids & big kid like big trucks!
