Let's wrestle

Dad is trying to convince Jack to survive the upcoming flu epidemic.... he'll have to put on a few lbs and some muscle. I do not disagree!
Saw several people with H1N1 aka (swine flu)... trying to expose myself... I'll keep you posted how the week goes?

Side yard

House projects continue.... outside looks pretty good. (I am my biggest fan!) John is most helpful on the rock lifting projects. We nearly completed this one last weekend... hopeful today ... it will be done. Fall, sideways, blowing cold rain is right around the corner.

Rock Band of Indian Cove

This is sooooooo fun....!!! Even I... who am not a big fan of the virtual world got a kick out it. Featured on drums, Kyler Kartchner, Bass guitar Tate Pollare, lead guitar, Jack Garrard. Pick your favorite song!

Flying!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ken, our most gracious host, took both the boys flying! He has a great little plane, it was a beautiful day!

Haines

Off to the Haines fair... for music, parade, camping. Came to see John, Dad, uncle John.... had a little success on the quest... but a good time was had by all.

Fishing

Look.... the boys in a boat!!! Our little boat washed ashore a month ago in a high tide.. we fixed it up, put some oars on her and look! Pretty exciting!

Front yard

Summers work... in living color. I have worked long and hard, enlisted all the residence of 3186. 3rd rock garden... this one is to prevent people from running up on my lawn in the dead of winter... Nearing completion... stay tuned.

Travel partners. To your left-Maria aka "Greek Godness" to your right Chailly "hippie chick" Both ER nurses, quite capable of running, drinking and "other skills"

Dawson, YUKON

Doing a little prep work for the Dawson Music Festival... a couple hour ferry ride from Juneau, 10 hr drive north from Skagway...viola.. DAWSON, Yukon, Canada, where the yukon river meets the klondyke. 24 hrs of daylight and good times. Cool, well preserved old gold rush town... nothing but bars and churches (few restaurants here and there)

LAZY>>>>>>

Okay .... from my point of view. This is sorta what the 2 other people that live in my house do...... The "husband" is still working somewhere in ALaska.
