Mighty Mendi

Took a nalgene bottle of courage and took the skiff with it's new 9.9
hp outboard up the river. Well the prop is no longer new looking but
it got us to the bridge. KK took over with her natural river rafting
talents and guided us downstrem past bridge embuttments, underwater
boulders, and sunken logs. We met eagles, gulls and seals or our drift
from fresh to salt water. Too muck fun

Took some time out to hit the go carts. Unfortunately for the 7 yr old
racing with us it was dukes of hazard style and we put h into the
tires twice in a couple of turns. Too bad sucker.... Jeff Gordon we've
got your number!

Sitting First class!!

Sitting in First class can have its down sides.. Jack misplace a small chocolate early in the flight only to find it under his bum when getting off. Not a pretty sight for those who followed him up the gangway. Jack was a good sport about it the rest of the weekend as the nick names flew. Besides the obvious ones, "Cocoa" seemed to "stick" the best.

4th mid night firewoks

Well the first night cancelled but the folks got a good show 1 minute
before July 5th! We moved downtown with the young locals . Fun had by
all until work @ 6am. I'msure we'll catch up on sleep if & when we get
older.....
